So I’m on Google Earth looking at the Downtown West region of St Louis because... reasons.
Anyway, I pan west into what is call the ‘Gate District’ and I see the very distinctive outline of an F-105 Thunderchief. Then on F-84, then Sikorskys. Then a B-52 nose. What the??
Maybe Tyler can have is very own S-3 Viking!

If I lived anywhere near there I would no be in my car going to check it out

Also looks like there’s an F-111 fuselage on the left side of the lot.

Any luck going to street view and figuring out what this place is?

Looks like they’ve added to the collection since street view was there in 2011:
The imagery from the front is from 2015 though (looks to be an auto body shop):

Is that a Piasecki H-21 among the choppers?

Intakes are wrong. I know it’s a swing wing something. I know it sounds crazy, but it looks more like an SU-24

Mig 23 Flogger

Someone needs to put that Mig 23 back together and get it certified and on the airshow circuit!

Yep, you can see it quite clearly in the bing streetside image I posted below. Who knows why there is a random MiG-23 at a St. Louis auto shop, but there it is.

There are a handful of them around. I was heading South on Interstate 5 in WA a number of years ago and a Mig 23 was headed the opposite direction on the back of a flat bed truck. Quite an odd site.

Could be but that frame is bigger than what I imagine those to be. I think you’re right, I think I’m just startled with the scale.

Those appear to be a couple F-106 fuselages on the left side of the photo. Quite the collection he’s got going there.
